About The Author
Hi, my name is David Oddy and I've been a student of karate since 1984 and a member of Jundokan, Okinawa
since 1990. In that time, I've had the terrific opportunity to train with some of the most experienced karate-ka
in the world and over the years, I've compiled the lessons I've learned into this study guide.
In the process of researching this guide, I interviewed several prominent experts in the field and discovered
that the content of these interviews alone also has tremendous value.
So what started out as a small project for the benefit of my small non-commercial karate school has ended up as
an extensive resource collection for internet users the world over.
